| Home Owner | Ive never liked those L.E.D ones. Getting some second hand facelift lights should be relatively cheap, theres normally loads on ebay. Spend the money you save on a spoiler? ![]() |

| Pure Silver Batman | Yeh James was thinking that. Plus I will be buying Halo Headlights in Chrome, so the black LED's may not go. I'll need to have a hard think about it though..its now either the Black LED's or facelift. David, yup thats a plan. To spend the money I save on spoiler...good thinking! Thanks again everyone ![]() |

Offline | Going to go against the general flow on here. I say go for the OEM Facelift lights. Why, because your car has lots of Silver, quite a bit of black, and a bit of red. I think the Red rear lights would work best to keep the theme similar and still look ![]() With the other 2 you'd not have much red on the car (just the brakes and wing mirrors) and it would look a little out of place. If not the facelift, then the black Ultra ones. Have you not considered the Red/White OEM lights like you have now, I had them on my old cooper... ![]() |

| MINI2 Newbie | To keep with your silver/black theme you could do what I have done and get the whole lot tinted black, tail-lights, third brake light, reversing light and the American spec side running lights. Everything blends in really well then, a guy on ebay does them in a quick turn-around and cheaper than just the rear lights. You can also get the side running lights in clear off ebay if you go the chrome/white route. |
