Offline | Fog lamps fitting (North East England) Hello all, I've been ringing around dealers today to get some fog lamps fitted to a MCS but they are next to bloody useless. Two of them didnt get back and the other insisted that I bring the car down to them (a bit hard when you are at work). All I really need is a price and estimated fitting time for some front fogs. I'm fairly new to the site and did a bit of searching but most of the info on here is mainly related towards fitting them yourself. Now considering I wouldnt even trust myself with a toothbrush let alone a paintbrush I think its probably a job for the professionals - otherwise by the time i'm finished the front end of the car will probably resemble a 2CV more than a mini! ![]() So then, can anyone recommend a place that could source and fit the fog lamps to my (55) MCS? Cheers! Mark |

Offline | Hi mate, Sorry I meant the spot lamps that fit on the grill, if the dealer charges approx 100 quid then thats not too bad but reading some other threads they seem to indicate that the cost can be anything between 299 and 600 quid depending on the way they fit them! To me thats too expensive for a car that has a value of 11K+ (eg 6-8% of the cars value) so was looking for a way of getting the same effect but for less cash. Cheers for the offer - what I'm going to do is shop around for some lamps (i read that the wipacs ones are pretty good) and then give you a shout if thats ok? ![]() Mark |
