R53 Cooper S Rear Spoiler?

Hi, just a quickie - do any of you guys know if the Cooper S rear spoiler is a direct replacement for the optional factory mini spoiler than can be seen on Ones and Coopers? Are the fixings in the same place at the top of the boot lid etc? Cheers
