hi,
im thinking of purchasing a chrome exhaust tip for my mini one off ebay.

heres the item

BMW MINI CHROME EXHAUST TRIM GENUINE ITEM on eBay, also Other Exterior Styling, Exterior Styling, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 27-Feb-08 18:45:19 GMT)

whats the difference between 75mm or 82mm?

and how do you fit it??

With the genuine BMW tip the smaller size is to fit the smaller diameter One exhaust, the larger one is for the Cooper. On the One you also have to cut off a rolled lip from the end of the existing exhaust pipe with a hacksaw or angle grinder to allow the new tip to slide on, it is just a tight push fit with a metal clip.
