Spotlight Bracket / Bar Fitting Instructions

Hi,

Anyone got fitting instructions for the Mini Sport spotlight bar - the one that holds 4 x spotlights that they can scan and email / PM to me?

I assume it fits to the body of the car rather then the bonnet?
