| MINI2 Regular | Lowered with aero kit Hi Paul, Think again about lowering with the bodykit.Look at a Mini with the aerokit on it,especially the front bumper, look underneath the front part of the bumper and you will see a part that is only about 4" from the ground, lower that 30mm and you have less than 3" clearance.Think of road humps and other things that you see in the road that you now just clear, they will damage your bumper and whatever else the broken off pieces go into.Be careful it could be expensive quite often, all the best,John. |

Offline | Has anyone just installed the side skirts of the aerokit on an MCS? Pictures will be appreciated. Thanks. ![]() 2005 Mercedes Benz C55 AMG 2006 BMW Z4 M-Coupe - Premium Pkg. 2007 Honda Fit - Sports Pkg. 2005 V-Star 1100 Custom 2007 Honda 250 Reflex |

Offline | Re: Lowered with aero kit I have heard the piece hit bottom a few times in the six months I've been driving. It isn't often, but three good hits was enough to damage it. It now has a small 4" crack where it meets the underside of the bumper in the center. I saw the same crack on another aero kit. That part is bound to get beat up more if it is any lower. What is the reason behind that part hanging down? Maybe you could cut it off If your going to drop your MINI. |

| MINI2 Regular | Aero Kit and lowering Hi I have lowered my mini by 35mm and fitted the aero kit, what i would say is the front will scuff if on a steep speed bump and also when parking front end into a kerb be careful as the car is generally lower than the kerb Paul PS Still worth it for the look |

Offline | I love the way that looks, i think i might have to lower my car, what springs did you use and how is the ride.Is it very bumpy or did it retain the same ride just a little stiffer. |
