Offline | Chrome bumper inserts The chrome bumper inserts on the cooper, are they removable/seperate from the main bumper?? I've tried having a peeek but there's so much stuff in the engine bay I can't make it out! Some B*****D has bumped the rear bumper while I was parked at the supermarket and taken a tiny little chunk out of the chrome! I'm definitely going to refrain from reversing into parking spaces and I think I might start parking across two spaces to keep away from everyone else! No-one has any repsect for other peoples property anymore!!! Jon Completely MINI/Mini Mad!!! |

Offline | chrome inserts the inserts are attached with tabs, that are glued to the inside of the bumper cap. they are removeable, but you will need to remove all of the glue, then prise them out. which will then leave a space to put body color inserts, or rechrome the one you have. cheers, jason |

Offline | I don't recommend taking multiple spaces for self-preservation. It usually has the opposite effect. It P***s people off and they may act on their aggressions. MC/VR/B/PP&SP/CVT/Xenon |

Offline | I agree taking two spaces will only anger people or they'll just park up close to you as usual as they use the car not the white markings as a guide. What I do is park in the furthest reaches on the car park and always on an end space. Red/Black R56 Cooper |
