Can anyone tell me if i can take out my non xenon lamps and replace them with the xenon ones. If so do i need cut cut and splice the harness or is it plug and play. I dont care if the washers work or not.I just want the xenon lights. Ican get my hands on a set of xenon headlamps

Totally different unit. One thing the xenons are self levelling and the normal lites are not.

I KNOW THEY ARE DIFFERENT. I CAN GET THE WHOLE ENTIRE LAMP, NOT JUST THE BULB.

If you can do that then most likely yes, it should work.
Is the cost high to convert to xenons?

The problem is not just the lamps and modules that you have to wire into your main fuse box (which takes about 3 hours), but it is the labor intensive wiring and instillation of the power washers.

I also was offered a used Xenon kit from a wrecked MCS from a guy in LA, but the labor to put it in correctly (by what I have in our Mini Shop CD) is just insaine.

Best to buy a $500 set of aftermarket Xenons and have a much easier install.

I put in a aftermarket HID xenon light into my other car. It's about US$400 to US$500. It's event brighter than my MCS.

Midnight Moose looks like it has a good HID set. I was thinking about getting them in 8000 K. What did you get, dinlo? Describe the process of installing them if you would please.
