zymol car wax

just washed the car and dying to make it all sparkly and shiney. Does any one know if i need to wait till the car dries before wax polishing it? it doesnt specify it on the instructions.

Help would be great

I am planning finally getting to Zymol the MCS next week, (I teach high school and will be on spring break), how long does it take to do the entire 3 step process?

According to their website, allow 1 whole day of not using the car.The process depends on the size of you car---probabbly for us it will take 3 hours but the we should not use the car so that the wax will be properly cure.

I have not done mine yet since I am waiting for warmer temp.
for our climate here in Chicago is still cool.

yeah, thats what i was thinking, i dont think doing it more than the 3-4 times annually would do any harm to the car, especially seeing as its a natural product.

Apparently that's not part of the proper Zymol full blown system. The Zymol web site gives a better indication of the real stuff!

I took about 6 hours to do mine, my advice take your time to do the HD clense step. You will really feel ANYTHING on the paint when you hand rub the wax on. It really does make a beautiful shine. I hope for some sun this weekend for some pics, but living in Seattle, well I have hope...

P.S. the wax pictured above is their standard product, the 3 part system is the real deal, very high percentage of pure wax, very nice, worth the price.

WARNING-Objects in rear view mirror have a tendency to disappear!

I used the std stuff from Halfords as a test this weekend on my 69 Porsche (The MCS is not here till April)
I have to say I am very impressed indeed. Well worth the money and I will be investing in the full kit in the future.
I have some pictures that I will post of two panels one done and one not and you can really tell the difference.

That said the process Iuse is to wash and dry the car one day polish it a few days later then detail all the other bits as I can.

I don't dricve it inbetween and it's garaged! Not practical for everyone...
