Offline | the cooper i saw with em was at my local BMW garage and i thought it made it look like a spider, which is cool, and it had an aero kit on it too. But apparently they are charging over £600 to get four spot lamps fitted. |

Offline | EdGTI, That's it. That's it. Can you provide more data like: What lights were used? How is the wiring setup? Cost? Parts? Can you tell I'm excited. That's it! That's it! Pepper White / Red Interior / Red Stripes / CVTTalk is cheap 'cause supply exceeds demand. Last edited by ScooterMan : Apr 12th, 2003 at 12:25 AM. |

Offline | Great pic of the brackets, I thought that was how they did it. Now if only I could see where the wires were spliced together and if the fuses were standard.... My question on driving light installation IB ONE, Seven Hole Alloys, Air Con, CD, Chrome bits - Now with Chrome mirrors and chrome side vents + Custom engraved Whalen Shift Knob and four, yes four driving lights! |

Offline | I asked the dealer about these lights today and he said they supply and fit 2 for £240 !! I thought that was quite steep. Said they fitted 4 to a mini last week but only 2 worked as the car couldn't handle all 4 together ... ummmm! Do these work when flashing the light only ? |

Offline | Don't work? Check out the previous page and post by EdGTI. They glow mighty bright from my perspective. The real mystery is how did they wire it. Pepper White / Red Interior / Red Stripes / CVTTalk is cheap 'cause supply exceeds demand. |

Offline | I rang another three dealers yesterday to get quotes for them to fit them for me. Two said 'no problem, we've done it before', but quoted the earth to do it. The last dealer said 'no way, we don't know what will happen if we connect two sets up and we aren't going to be responsible for replacing your BC1' Anybody got any further ideas? I was looking at the installation guide/ wiring diagram which I downloaded from the DIY section on this site. I don't think it actually matters where the second set is wired in, providing its after branch D which is the fuse box connection. Whats the worst that could happen? New fuse? New relay? New car???? Since Ravensaxo has the lights already installed, how about being the guinea pig? ![]() IB ONE, Seven Hole Alloys, Air Con, CD, Chrome bits - Now with Chrome mirrors and chrome side vents + Custom engraved Whalen Shift Knob and four, yes four driving lights! |
