I'm expecting my MCS to arrive any day, but I'm second guessing my decision to have the windows tinted. I've planned on putting 35% tint on the windows for a long time, but I've never seen a tinted dark silver MCS photo that I've liked.

Sure, lots of other colors look great with tinting. But remember I'm thinking only of dark silver/black roof... I'm worried that I'm not going to like the look.

Can anyone convince me to proceed with tinting?

I took this last sat at the MINI meet. He got a DS/DS with 30% tinted.



I'm going to tint my windoes too

I will get 30% at the back, and 40 or 50% at the front

heres a shot of mine with 50 percent tint. A problem you may have going to dark with the tint in the back is that with the mainly straight up and down rear glass is at night it will work more like a mirror than a window making backing up a pain at times.

Mugami that looks great. So how is the visibility with 50%, that's the percent that i have been thinking about getting. It looks really dark in the picture, is that because of the glare? Do you have anymore pics?

I've always liked the look of DS with dark tints.

for the front side it is the glare.. take a good look thru the windshield and the passager side window to see how the tint is vs the house.. Visablity is great even at night for the back window.
