Does everybodys mini do this?
With the remote key I can put the windows down when I unlock the car but when I get out of the car and want to put the windows up I have to put the key in the lock and turn it, it won't do it with the remote key if I keep the lock button held down.
Is it just mine or does everyones do this??

Yup, normal. Been discussed a lot on here. Reason given is for safety.
