Post Windshield problems...

Dropped my car off "somewhere" yesterday and picked it up today and there is a note on the invoice " Customer window crack Right side under wiper"
AHHH!!!!!!
What did those gorillas do to my car !
I had to run a errand, then went to the dealer and talked to them about how this place could have cracked my windshield !
They come out and look at it - "Stress Crack" - they are going to replace it no charge.
But it still wasn't a "pleasant experience"
