United-Kingdom 3M (type) bonnet cover

RE: My previous post about my bonnet stripes being damaged by a stone I am now thinking about the 3M type coatings that can be applied to the front of cars - a previous posting had said that this was commonly put on the front of 911s by Porsche...!??

Has anyone in the UK had any experience with this stuff or know of a reputable dealer in and around London that does it???

PS: Oh yeah. any costs would be much appreciated...

Thanks,
James

3M material is only a phone call away. The main problem is the cutting to size and shape.

These are the people for the job. http://www.armourfend.com/
They do kits for the MINI. They are very helpful and will advise you as to what is best for your MINI. I hope this is helpful.

There is no problem with cutting to size and shape as there are a large number of precut kits available from several manufacturers including one for the whole bonnet.

Hope that helps
