Following on from my previous posts I have been looking into fotting replacement bonnet stripes. Have had a look on www.moss-europe.co.uk and they sell the stripes that are sold by BMW...the question is how easy are they to fit??

Does anyone have any experience? If they are a piece of cake then I will do it myself.. If they take surgeon like precision then my shakey hands my not be up to the job.

Your views please???

I've fitted bonnet stripes myself, got them from Kev who posted a reply in your previous thread, check out his company web site by clicking on the WWW button.

You can see them on my MCS if you check my gallery, easy to fit as they come with instrutions, you simply mix some washing-up liquid and water in a spray applicator and spray on to bonnet, this allows you to position/move the stripe in to the correct position, use a credit card wrapped in a cotton rag to squeegee out the fluid and the adhesive on the stripe sticks it to the bonnet.
