Offline | headlight adjuster in Oz Spec can i just ask quickly whether Oz spec cars (non-xenon) have the headlight level adjuster feature std. (near the drivers side door next to the s/wheel) since my S has the switch, but it doesn't work. i dunno if its a fault or the switch is just for show?? |

Offline | Hi, Yes it is standard and it works on mine. Best way to test it is when you are parked close to a wall (eg in your garage). You should see an obvious movement of the beam up and down when you rotate the switch. Robbo |

Offline | I have seen this switch work in both Cooper's and Cooper S's - I'd say yours is broken. AS you probably know there's no adjuster in cars with xenons as they self adjust... ![]() |

| MINI Traitor | Yes there is an adjustment behind the headlight that makes them sit higher or lower as their default position. I haven't adjusted mine, so I won't talk more about that which I don't know about (a real change to form I know). Do a search on it (I know there is dozens of threads on the topic) or ask Snoopy ![]() |

Offline | this is probably best moved over into another forum now, but i can say that the standard headlights do do some auto-calibration when you first turn them on [you can hear it more than see the change], but the manual adjuster should still work thereafter! |
