Offline | Disconnect Headlight washer jets? Do you love or hate them? And do we know the specifications? What temp are they heated to? Can they be turned off by the dealer? I don't want to run them dry which could burn out the motor. Can I disconnect them for the warmer seasons? If so does anyone know how? Thasnk |

| Dead Man's Curve? Feh. | I have no great problem with them. They do use a lot of fluid though. However, they aren't heated jets. By design they are activated on every third windshield wash (when headlights are on). They are hydraulically activated by the pressure of the washer fluid, so if you disconnect the electrical leads to the pump the washers should be deactivated. |
