United-States Sill Plates?

I had the Aero side skirts put on my MCS before delivery. I just realized that there are no sill plates. Does anyone have the sill plates installed on the aero skirts? If so, how are they attached to the original skirts?

The aero side skirts as standard do NOT include the sill plate, however, you can order as a separate part and have them fitted.

The sill plates regardless of whether they are attached to the standard or aero side skirts use double sided tape ... I have the aero side skirts and explicitly asked the dealer to fit the sill plates

The only difference between the standard and aero side skirts is that the standard skirts have slight recesses to mount the sill plates ... to date I have not found the lack of any mounting recess poses any issues with the aero side skirts

Thanks for the reply Warped. I should then be able to peel the sill plates off the original skirts and reuse them. Even if I have to cut the skirt to get a flat edge under the sill plate, at least I should be able to keep from bending the sill plate.

I don't think you can reuse them once they stick on the skirts. But you can try, I need to order a new pair when I got my aero kit, it cost me about $42 each, $84 total. If you like you can order some after market Sill Plates too.
