i took off the dealer advertisement "license" plate and want to replace it with a plate that has the mini logo. anyone know where i can get one?

i want the "european" style plate. it will fit perfectly on the front of my cooper. the dealer advertisement plate has the european shape.

the u.s. plate hangs too low and has the extra 2 holes at the bottom. i don't want to buy a frame too.

try http://www.gtgrafix.com , not only is their selection excellent, they do the mini logo, and ghosted in the background too! but to get this you HAVE to beg! they had to stop the logos due to trading standards, but seeing as you're not in the uk, this may not be such a problem!! Good luck

they have a problem with making plates that include the mini logo. my being in florida doesn't help.

interestingly, plates with the logo are all over ebay (they are american style). of all places it appears the u.s. allows it, go figure!

I used to have plates with the BMW logo on them from gtgrafix, but I think they got threatened with prosecution for fraud or something! If I see any more ads for similar plates in magazines, I'll let you know!!

How about making plates with just the wings? The MINI logo is only the combination of Wings and the MINI... I'm sure you actually want the whole deal, but if you run into trouble, that's an acceptable option. (Could also get a sticker or something made by someone else that says MINI.. which isn't really a trademark, so combine them and ****!)
