Saw this on the Hong Kong forum of this board.

Louis Vuitton Monogram on the Roof and logo on the spoiler and Bonnet.

Is this an Official LV sanctioned promo car? someone works for LV? or someone just loves LV and decided to dress it up with their own LV decals?

if it is the latter, you think LV can or would go after logo infringement?

Its very 'MTV Cribs'

The roof looks Cool, but aint sure on the bonet stripes

I've seen some American cars like a chevy Nova with a LV soft top and a LV interior

How about a Black MINI with a gold strip down the side and a Burberrry Interior

it is not an LV promo car, just a guy in HK who likes LV.

if you really want some cool LV patterns you should use the Murakami/Louis Vuitton Cherry Blossom or Multicolor prints.

I've seen the car in the flesh, it looks pretty cool. But I think you need to be a little brave, imagine paying for something similar and it didn't come out so good?!?!?! 2 days later ast in the drive with a heat gun pulling it off the paint work!

i'd consider doing it to mine but i dun think it'd look that good on a chili red/white hehe...hmmm burberry cloth seats...now that's a good idea

The good thing is, in HK; LV doesn't say anything, if it's in US, I'm sure the car will be sue by LV for copy right....

i wrote to burberry asking permission to use their check on my roof as it would have looked good with pepper white, the reply was no way and if i use their check on my mini roof anyway it would be a copy right infringement and i would be hearing from their solicitors.
they also told me they are currently tracking down copy right infringers and taking them to court for using their trademaks

every-one to their own, but personally I think it's the wost choice of graphics I've ever seen! Don't get me wrong, they're done nicely, good quality and all, but something a little more modest would go down better.

My uncle does stickers and signs for a living and he can make something like that np, he did my sign for the back of my mini check the gallery. For my next mini I think ill get the godfather for the roof

I like Louis Vuitton, infact I have some pieces of it, but this is kinda extreme!!

But IMHO, its just taking away from the brilliant form of the Mini....

Who wants to Ho their car for the sake of some old french bag maker, no matter how cool J-Lo or Paris Hilton have made it!?!
