Angry Change in 2003 for driving lights?

Ok I started my driving light install. I have riveted my brackets on, removed my radio, pulled back the trim for the BC unit, and punched a hole in the firewall gasket. Then I realize thst the instructions from BMW and my wiring harness match, howerver my car (2003 MCS with all packages) does not have the same enginering for the wiring harness to connect to. I was supposed to put my additional fuse box next to the inertia switch, but I dont have one!!!!! The grounding nut is not there also.

Does anyone know what I am talking about. My car looks pretty dumb with just the brackets

thanks

The switch was deleted in the later model cars. There are still the mounting holes where it was, though. Mine had the screws in the holes, but someone else I talked to only had the empty holes and had to come up with a couple screws

The grounding nut is not there also.
If you're referring to the ground nut for the harness next to the BC-1 box, it's about 6 or 8 inches away from the module down the door sill

If you have any other questions I'll be glad to help if you want to PM me
