Doe anyone know where I can purchase front wheel mudflaps for my mini cooper here in the US?

In Canada the dealer sells them so I assume the same in the US.

I'm sure you know the fronts are decent looking and work the rears are ugly and don't keep the rear window clean.

I ordered mine from my dealer over the phone. $11 for the pair. Installed them myself in less than 20 minutes.
