Has anybody fitted the stainless rear bumper mesh from MiniSpares to their CooperS. If so did it involve removing the rear bumper.

You can most certainly imagine that to get the old one off and the new one on - you will have to take the dozen or so bolts/screws off to remove the rear skin !

If this is similiar to the stainless steel grilles available from minicooperparts then I'd avoid it. I got the front grille and it came without any cutouts for the tabs or for the temperature clip. Overall $45 for the grille and still having to do work to it, I could get just as good quality at the local Home Depot for $5.00!
