Please help me decide whether to add a Silver Union Jack roof to an all Black MCS - the car also has sunroof, so I will require additional perfoated section also.

bobnobski - get the greyscale UJ - see below.

I've spec'd the greyscale UJ for my replacement MC in black - I personally think it is the most classy UJ available (I also think the greyscale US flag is the best version, like cooperflags.com offers).

My question is what bonnet stripes would look best? I've currently spec'd silver standard stripes, but wonder whether silver (or frosted) racing stripes would look better (thanks to Bad S Mini in another thread for confusing me - I thought I was satisfied with my new spec!!!).

Thoughts?

P.S. Additional headlights also spec'd if that makes a difference.

Bad S - thay look the mutts, but will they work on an MC? I'm wondering what the best silver UJ / strip combo is......

The "straight" stripes (like your photo above) look great with a US flag, but I don't know whether "straight" or the slanted regular stripes will work best with a UJ. What about the "driver stripe"?

Dunno - choices, choices........anyone good with photoshop willing to help??

Edit: Just realised that this is my 100th post - YIPPEE!!

My girlfriend has a black silver white union jack on her roof that my signwriter friend did for us! I like the BMW silver union jack but i dont like how it doesn't come to the edge of the roof! i have attached a pic of her roof!

I'm lookin below & could'nt see nout - Got a quote for the Union Jack and stripes -came to over £300 fitted. I'm gonna wait until I see one on a MCS with sunroof first as I am not going to be anyones guinnea pig!

Dealer fitted Grey/Silver UJ + Dealer fitted Silver stripes is the best .... but I would say that!

YES!! That is a gorgeous color combo. It's making me drool. 2 things though I would reconsider any bonnet stripes, it makes it look too "busy". IMO and I would consider getting the chrome capped mirrors. Or not. But I would definately forgo the silver UJ roof with bonnet stripes.
