What a wasted effort.

As a design I think it's pretty nice, as a roof decal, it looks a bit out of place.

I agree the UJ mirrors dont look best with Electric Blue either.

i've just thought - will that be available in left & right hand drive? if not, then for a right hand drive car it would be upside down

Just wondering what people thought about the new roof graphic celebrating the 40 years of the Cooper S that is on the news page today?

Looks ok, but could have been maybe a bit more daring IMO, bit more sporty?

I'd take a pair of the 40th Anniv. U/J mirror caps! [ If you lovely British folks don't mind a young American couple driving around for a year with them on as a salute] .

A fine way to show due respect to GB's Mini/MINI success & give a straight nod Paddy Hopkirk's win.

News: "....contact your MINI dealer for [mirror cap] availability." Right. I'm sure that'll be the easiest thing!

Anyone got an inside track on these being avialable? I thought I had seen part #s somewhere, but now I find nothing.

I've sent off a few e-mails to MINI parts folks, but no response in 4 working days,- how odd.
