Okay, I've had a Union Jack roof decal near the top of my "must have" list since before I got my car, and now I'm reeeeally thinking about it

I've got a sunroof, and so the choices are:
1. Union Jack that covers sunroof (£60/75)
2. Union Jack with perforated section (£200+)
3. Union Jack only on sunroof (£100)

Bang per buck, option (1) is the best. Much as I'd like (2), it's a hell of a lot more money. I'm thinking that if I want more light, I just open the roof, and tough luck on the motorway. There will be less light in the cabin in the back, but then I rarely have passengers anyway.

Any sunroof owners here with either the full-on vinyl or the perforated pricey version care to share their comments?

I went for option #1, because there's only a few months here in New England so hot that I need to block the sun completely. SO the removablility/reusablility is another advantage to #1. I don't believe you can remove #2 or #3 then put it back on again.

I'd love one too, but reckon the idiots here in Glasgow would reckon I was a Glasgow Rangers fan and vandalise the car.

It has been over two months since Cooperflags said they would replace a failed sunroof flag which developed holes in it after a heavy storm. They admitted the installation directions were at fault. I have had several promises of it being shipped but it never has. Told me they were having printer problems but it seems they are making them for other people. Be warned.

The perforated flag looked good and allowed me to see out. It looked awful after the perforations failed i.e. where there was not paint.
