Offline | I dont believe it !! I had reason to use both my front and rear fogs on my MCS for the first time today. Can someone PLEASE tell me I'm wrong, but when I switch them on I get no dashboard indicator lights letting me know they're on. Can't believe I could be driving along ******ing everyone off because the fog is gone and I'm dazzling the hell out of them without even knowing it. Every car, even a piece of cr@p hillman imp I drove 20 years ago, had indicator lights for these. Did I miss some sort of poxy option when I specced my 'S' like: 'Dashboard indicator instrumentation for exterior lighting usage' = £400 ![]() Cooper S |

Offline | Wow. Could they have made them any less conspicuous !!! I cant see them in the daylight because of the glare from the chrome switches, guess they'll be fine at night though. Cant believe they didnt use the 3 perfectly acceptable spare dashboard lights. Cheers. Cooper S |

Offline | Thanks for the info & OMG! That's saved me remembering to find out where the warning indicators were! I think they look good too but you really need to pick and choose when to look down to check that while driving a Works S! I'm beginning to understand the "style over function" comments in the reveiws now! ![]() ![]() |

Offline | The fact that the fogs turn off when you turn off the car makes up in most situations for their not super obvious lights. Though it does take some getting used to. Note they're different color lights for front and rear too ![]() I like the style personally, I'm willing to give up a bit. Magic 8-ball was correct. All be in awe of Magic 8 ball. |

Offline | If your talking about the Rev counter, MINI One's don't always have it (why anyone would get MINI without it though I'd never know! :O) If all MINI's had the REV Counter, I'd like to see the Indicator flash in on the rev counter, in fact one for left and one for right. And the Fog Warning lights would be good to, (but keeping the toggle lights to. Would be cool to have the ASC/DSC toggle light orange whe you turn off the traction and the Central locking to ALWAYS light up red on the end. Hell and while we're at it have the Electric Window toggles light up Blue ![]() Have to admit, I've got every option that would effect the Rev Counter and there's still spare lighting areas? ![]() |
