Does anyone know if this will fit a MINI properly? Recently retrofitted this unit to Jetta IV as per recommendation of VW enthusiast community. Fit & finish is great, price just $20 shipped.

Be wary if you actually want to listen to the radio clearly again. I've fitted a short aerial and low and behold, the quality of my radio reception is now dire (even listening to the BBC). D'OH!

Even if it does fit, isn't that just sacrelegious? Especially when you can just screw in a Honda Element antenna for the same short effect? (Search around for info on that modification)

The H2 is the almost total opposite of the MINI, it just seems wrong on a spiritual level.

If you do just try it (take it off your Jetta) it'd be interesting if it worked so post back.
