Help! Does anyone have a Chrome Line Exterior on an MCS? I have spoken to my local dealer to try and understand what this package includes, and their answer was:-

Chrome Grill
Centre Line
Bezel
and Boot Handle

However they also gave me prices for each of the above, and the total comes to more than twice the price of the Chrome Line Exterior. If anyone has had this options please could they let me know what I will actually get for my money.Also if you had it fitted after you bought the car, how much did they charge for fitting.

yep I have it -
Chrome pack, was front grille, boot lid
I also paid £40 for mirror caps, off the top of my head i think it was £80 for the chromeline exterior, i know it was pennies!

Thanks for that bobnobski, if only the dealers knew some of this stuff....

The trim makes the car look really classy, so I am going to put my order in today!

I`ve just ordered my MCS, with chrome line exterior and was charged £60 for grill, boot handle, and mirror caps.
Good deal I thought.

the chrome line that goes all the way around the car, is that part of the chrome pack as well? I don't think I've ever seen it on a cooper S before.

The Mini One & Cooper have stupid chrome strips across the bumper and small chrome strips on the front valance under each head light. The MCS has a different styled front & rear and cant accomodate those chrome inserts.
