man, I'm really lousy with picture details in this thread....I think I'll stick with technical data and let everyone else tell me what looks like what.. :white:

Panasport is my #1 choice, too bad the largest size available for MINIs is 16 x 7. I could stick some really wide tires on a set......

I have some more pics up of the wide body kit. Still waiting on other from farther away.

Let me know.

www.thepilo.com/images/widebody

They can support an 8" rim or a 7" with Spacer for big brake kit

Thanks

Ironic there's a Breyton logo behind the car in one of those pics.
Same guys probablty make both kits but Breyton takes the whole arm
I'm kidding but it's possible.
What do you think Dan?
Looks nice though and a good bit cheaper. Too bad it's not black plastic instead of that brownish stuff.

obehave - you were really good at those where's waldo pictures I take it....You've noticed the different lower valence piece btw. MC & MCS, the 7 spoke wheel on the Breyton car from the 8 spoke S-lite, and the breyton sign next to Pilo's car.... Either you're slick or I'm worn out and worthless (I have finals, and will be graduating in 3 days)

I think Finals are little more important than pics about cars Blasphemy I know

Good luck. I vaguely remember the butt clenching fear

MINI2 is my only source of entertainment during study breaks. anything else I do during a break winds up taking 30 minutes to an hour. I can browse for ten minutes and move on.....works quite wonderfully.

two things to note,

I am rather hesitant to say that I've been doing any butt clenching due to my finals..... (maybe teeth grinding)

and that thing about vaguely remembering....was it a really long time ago, or just back in the sixties?

Pilo's kit is $699 - MiniMania's is $599 (I actually picked it up for $575, but I presume they're also seeing these threads and the interest in the kits, and raised the price a bit...) So I'd say pick it up from Moss, they still have it for $580.

I believe that the Mini Mania kit is for the Cooper Only, Not the S. I could be mistaken. Our kit is for the Cooper S

Thanks

The kit's universal, because, as we've all noticed, it doesn't include skirts or front and rear valances. I had to do the same thing -- Remove those parts, sand and prime them, and paint them along with the kit. The caveat is installing them tightly with the rest of the pieces... we had a couple of places where more fiberglass was added for a tighter fit.

Thanks. That's what I get for not checking current info.
I remembered the Breyton kit was going to be $750. That was months ago, I'm pretty sure before Mania started selling it.

Must've been me doing the clenching......quite sure it was.
Back in the '80s really. Graduated in my 30's.
Bit of a slow starter. Well maybe finisher. Attended off and on for 10 years.

Breyton Kit fits both Cooper and S And through Mini Mania it's a lot less than pilo and Moss is even less that MiniMania.

Go Figure...

And I am SURE this fits MC and MCS There is no difference between the two models when it comes to these ARCH kits.
Don't let anyone fool ya...

well, I am graduating with a BA in psychology, but I'm going into Real Estate.
(the very reason why I'm looking into ways to spend money on my baby)

There's a twisted logic to that

Now you'll really know how to make them feel bad about not buying the house. That's a bit evil really
