Offline | Need roof flag advice from those who are qualified to give it I just arived as a member at an opportune time. I am going to be 'improving' my MCS EB/Black with a roof flag but I need some feedback on color schemes. My apologies to the queen and the empire but I am going to butcher the color scheme of the UJ - I am just not sure how. Please help - which color scheme in the attached image do you think will work best? Note that the 'off-white' color will be true silver. I hope also to add some stainless/chrome exterior extras like front grill, bonnett vents, rear grills (maybe)... Any other good ideas (or alternate color schemes) would be welcome. [Thanks to the EB/Wht owner who posted with a UJ on the roof - I was able to use that as a template to do the mock-ups in the pics] |

| Trained Monkey | Hello there, welcome to the site. I think the third one is the best, seems more 'true' to the original shades of the flag AND stands out more. Our trials and tribulations living in a "bleeding edge" eco house... Oxley Woods Living |

Offline | I like the blue on silver on black, the third picture. MCS EB/B with Stripes, Sunroof, 16" wheels, Lapis Blue leather, Anthracite trim, Hk stereo. His name is "Bruiser". |

Offline | Thanks for all the responses - keep them coming. What do I like? Well I like the second a lot as well - because of the way the black flows down into the door pillars. The fifth looks good too. I'm surprised nobody has voted that way yet. It may all be moot anyway..........my wife hasn't had her say yet! Might end up with puce on sunflower on merlot. |

Offline | Cool BRG MC And of course you have put a wrinkle in it (not a furl!) - you through in a vote for #4. The voring stands at 4for #2 and 8 for #3, and 1 for #4. I still have a vote on #5. The audience is clearly saying #3 (or #2). When I get something done I'll post. In general do you guys apply the artwork yourselves or order from cooperflags and have a 'pro' do it? I am pretty handy but I wouldn't want to mess up $360 of graphic or my roof! |
