[MINI Cuda]

Hey guys, do you know those lights that you can get for the Subaru WRX. The ones in the picture I attached. They use them on the last rally car and you can buy various versions of them for street and show use. You also see them all the time on rally cars at amateur levels as well.
Does anybody have an idea whether there is anything like this on the market for the MINI. We really need some to give it a more aggresive look. Not that a MCS doesn't look like it's going to eat your legs off. It's just that a couple black eyes make it look a little more well suited to rallying.
Prodrive also uses some on prodrive wrx's in the UK that look like the factory lights only with darker glass or something. This would look good on a MINI for sure.
Let me know if anybody makes these.

MINI's rallying heritage has always placed rally lights on the grill, which are offered by MINI and other's, I've never seen anything like that offered for the MINI nor do I expect to.

i have seen a body kit for the new mini which does have the sort of black lights that splits up the over all light. but cant rememebr whwre i saw it may have been the american website that is very much like this one.

i think they would look better especially for the red one if the base unit was black and not the same colour as the car, just breaks it up a little.

Hey 6f7, those look absolutely wild. Even better now that I see what they look like than I was expecting. Props on the photoshop job too by the way.
Morettes is exactly the company I was thinking of too. I just couldn't remember the name.
I wonder if it would be wise for somebody to contact them to see if they have any plans or ideas for the future. I know they revently came out with some stuff for the Civic Si and the Focus I believe. Maybe MINI is in the works to continue their hot hatch theme.

Also, I think the lights that you shopped onto the red one with black bases would look awesome if they where accented by a similar idea on the lower foglights. Similar to what you get with the Ocari kit which may be posted somewhere else here. Not exactly that kit but a similar idea with the lights. I suppose you could just paint that area of the bumper black which is actually quite common already. Now I feel like a bit of a moron for not thinking about that 2.6 seconds ago.
I wonder if they have any functional benefit as well. If the Subaru rally team uses them then they have to have some benefit.
