How do I remvoe front bumper on 2003 MCS?

Hey all!

My wife was slapped by a piece of tire tread which destroyed the front right turn signal and the fog lights of her MCS. I have ordered new assemblies, but after looking at the car a bit, I am slightly confused.

I am guessing that I need to remove the black plastic mouldings and then go for the bolts on the bumper in order to remove it, correct? If now, please give me a hand. I would like to do this on Friday night and get her car all fixed up. She will be driving from Houston to Pittsburgh at Christmas so I want to have everything fixed soon.
