Offline | (possible) Exclusive! Mini Cooper with Aero Side skirts only! ....but not for long. Although as odd as I thought it may look, I think it still looks ace. In fact as mikey says. I doub I'll have another MINI without em, weather I have rest of kit or not. Rear Bumper was fitted this evening, after much swearing. In frustration the right rear arch came slightly off, to reveal a screw! Soon as that was undone it was easy enough. Although I recomend removing the rear wheels if you ever remove the rear bumper, much easier to access the screw points. As for the sideskirts Mikeythemini did a sterling job of helping me fit them. Okay maybe not, its all lies, mikey did a preety crap job of helping me fit the sideskirts. Preety diabolical job. Not like him at all. What he did do, was a sterling job of fitting the sideskirts all by himself, while I watched, cringed (and eventually smiled) and pretended to help but probably hindered! He also did a top job of re fitting all my stereo and cradle for my phone. So Thanks Mikey, your a star! Enjoy the beers! ![]() |

Offline | Looks very good. I've thought about just the side skirts before. I think the suggestion to do a FAQ is a good one. Especially since I'll have to remove mine sometime in the near future to repair some damage. ![]() |

Offline | Well the full kit is now fitted. Unfortunately, due to time restrictions, I had to go with the Aero Kit grill rather than keep the chrome And as I didn't want to spend Xmas with a mismatching grill, it all got changed. To change it to a Chrome grill will be a pain to, as certain sections of the Front grill took a lot of effort going on and I don't fancy taking it off again!I'm crap at FAQ, and I've already given how to remove the rear bumper on a differant thread. If someone is willing to "make" the FAQ I'll happily help reiterate what I put in better english. ![]() |
