| Mud Flaps - Recommendations Plz I've just got in from a long run out in the wet. The front/sides of my mini are still nice and clean, but I can hardly read the number plate on the back because it's so dirty. This happens every time I take my mini out in the wet. Can anyone recommend some mud flaps which look good & fit well? I've got 17" alloys & a full body kit. Cheers, James |

Offline | Front Mud Guards It doesn't answer your question about the rear of the Mini getting dirty but I just bought and mounted the factory front mud guards. They're probably the cheapest accessory Mini sells ($11 US) and they fit nicely and look good. I looked at installing the rear guards but since there's no bodywork to protect behind the rear wheels I decided to pass. Besides, they're $55 from the dealer and take a lot longer to install. I think the Mini blowing mud and snow up on the rear is from the aerodynamics. Maybe the rear spoiler helps. S owners? |

Online | Mudflaps Nice pic Max, made me laugh ![]() IMO don't bother with the mudflaps, they don't look that good and your car will always get dirty when its raining. Just have to keep washing it every other day ![]() |
