Question Any tips for care of graphics??

Does anyone have any tips for the care of roof graphics etc?? My silver UJ had some corners lifting on delivery (waiting for it too be refitted). I'm worried that even if fitted well, the corners may lift and you then risk ripping them off during washing and polishing.

Has anyone got their roof sprayed with lacquer to protect the graphics? Are there any other hints and tips?
