Saw these advertised on Ebay. Anyone have any experience? How hard to install and do they hold up to rain, snow, wind, etc.? If they are magnets won't the underside rust? Thanks.

Do a search of the forums you will find several threads.

But, my opinion......stay away from any "temporary" stripes, magnetic or static cling. I had static stripes on for 3 months and I have a discoloration. So I had to install factory stripes after all

I got white adhesive stripes with black pinstriping from a local guy. I paid $70, including installation, and can't be happier. They look great and have been no problem. I've heard from lots of other people that the magnetic strips don't work well. I'd recommend the adhesive ones.

I personally know of 2 incidents where magnetic stripes have flown off of cars at highway speeds.

Save your money and buy a good vinyl set. At least they won't come off until you want them too.

I had magnetic stripes that flew off the car at approximately 35 mph.
