| Damned | Hi Jimmy, I Really dont like giving Negative Comments, But .... PLEASE ..... Dont get me wrong, I`m all for Individuality, But imagine if you saw a MINI with a Type R badge emblazoned on the back . Ask Yourself What that would tell you about the Owner ??? Oh, Welcome to MINI2 ![]() ![]() In da Wud |

Offline | Your logic is flawed ![]() If he had a VTS badge on there, or a Type R, GTi, then fair enough. But he's got a 16v on his car. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't all the MINI's (bar the ONE D) 16 valve? Aside from that you've justed insulted half of the members of MINI2 with the MG, Union Flag/Chequered Flag badges on their car! (Me Included who now has 4 )Nah pants mate, never like them MINI Coopers, especialy those ones with that over the top, completly cheap looking Aero kit ![]() ![]() |

| MINI2 Regular | restyle- thats my car, i hav a 16v badge on jus to see wot it looks like, thanks for ur opinion, no offence taken as i said bfor-mini design is a company in leeds UK www.mini-design.com who do some work for me an my car- im slightly confused about ur point, the only reason i have the 16v badge on( 16 valve) is because i think i looks nice and the mini is indeed a 16v(16valve) car, so i dont really understand wot ur gettin at, sorry? the only reason i got it from a vts is due to this being the only car i know to have a 16v badge! :-) |

Offline | Your car looks great jimmy, but I think it would look better completely de-badged. I also don't think the font that the 16v badge uses suits the mini. Its a great looking badge in itself, but looks out of place on a mini... Tony |

Offline | mate you MINI looks well sweet! The 16v badge i'm not too sure on though, the MINI is loads nicer than a Saxo, so why have a saxo badge on it? Nice car though, looks like you've put a lot of time into it Olly |

| Damned | I suppose my point is, that theres No need to Point out to anyone that your particular MINI engine has "16 valves", in the same way that it has "4 Pistons" OR "1 Crankshaft". ALL MINI`S have these. The badging of ... ONE / COOPER / COOPER S / D /OPEN etc ... act to differentiate between quite differing Model Specifications. DAMO ;- Fair Point ... Bad Analogy, but I think you got my Gist ![]() ![]() In da Wud |

| MINI2 Regular | oh, sorry, size 18's as i said, price, well depends where you get them, 1500 which yes is v expensive but i got offerd some 2nd hand ones in good condition, wheels an tires for 600, so you can get a good price if u look, "New from Breyton. The flagship of their range is now available for the mini. These 'split rim' design one piece alloy wheels have a stainless steel polished rim and look just fantastic! Fitted with Toyo 'Proxy' tyres." |

Offline | Jimmxp, Ermmmm my gallery is very out of date! *Points at signature* I already have that cheapy tacky aero kit and my car already looks positively awful! (Do miss my custom "Cooper" grill though, just wasn't reasible to make for the Aero kit, and besides it would make me look like I copied off minisport instead of vice versa) They do them wheels in 17"? ![]() |
