i had a great idea regarding the shark fin for a standard mini without nav...now what i would love to make would be a shark fin llok a like that does fm. i have done a wee drawing of what i think it should look like i now wish someone would steal my idea and make them cos i know i would buy one!!

Why not just buy the shark fin and a stick on the glass FM antenna like others have?

ahuh i want it too...how much?
i've seen cars without sat nav with shark fin antennas - and i've seen on a website somewhere u can buy them

Why would you want an aerial on the roof that doesn't do anything? Expensive and more or less pointless...

Well, I imagined something like that.

I have sat nav so I have the shark fin, but I quite like the standard aerial too so changing it for something that will sit there and do nothing puzzles me a bit.

if you really want a shark fin...its probably easier and cheaper to get one of these:
