New Zealand towbar mounted ski rack?

Does anyone know of a "towbar mounted ski rack"? - in the UK?
I've seen BIG heavy ones for 4WD tyre mounting etc., but none for mini sized cars! Not sure about length also - would be sticking up a fair way catching the wind....?

Anyone done this or similar?
