Heya

I ordered on Saturday, Pure Silver, Black Roof, Black Bonnet Stripes. I've still 3 months to wait, but I haven't seen any other silver coopers with black bonnet stripes and it's making me a little unsure - like there's a reason you don't see em. The dealer said they've done a few but not to any, and the stripes never look bad because they're co-ordinated with the roof. Still I'd feel better if I could see it a picture first. Can anyone help me out?

haven't seen any pics but if it's any consolation i've got a PS ONE and having black bonnet stripes fitted this weekend! there are probably pics in the galleries, not necessarily coopers but i'm sure there's some PS's with black stripes. try to relax, it'll look fantastic, and even better if they're rare where you live!

Hi Louise

I was just wondering how those black bonnet stripes worked out? I'm getting a little restless - mine is a 03 silver and black, and I want to give it a little mid-life kick! I've got the spots and am humming and hawing over the stripes. Also contemplating 7 spoke 16"s - really want to change the car in 05 but just bought a house and the cash is all gone!
So the stripes - yay or nay?

There's a bunch in the gallery--check there first.

I saw one in person at the dealer--it was a Cooper, with aerokit, PS/Black with black bonnet stripes--and it was stunning. Looked very sporty yet very classy at the same time. I wasn't a pure silver fan until I saw this combo, and now I'm seriously thinking about it--it's definitely in the running, along with HB, astro black, and CR.
