Are these the new xenon light headlamps?

Those are the normal headlamps. These ones have the headlamp washers that are required on all xenon lights.

The press photos (all 21 so far!) are not fitted with Xenons, however that desktop image from MINI.com DOES have the Xenons.

I think someone suggested as the lights were being re-designed, they may have been made bi, only a theory though I guess...........

Sounds like the bmw's angel eyes (halo).

The headlight looks interesting.

From what I understand, Bi-Xenons, still only have 2 Xenon bulbs (as opposed to 4).

The differance is in the Bi Xenon bulbs, is that when you flick main beam on a reflector, that deflects the light away from oncoming traffic, moves out of the way. At least thats how the BMW 3 series Bi-Xenons work.

Also got to bare in mind, Bi-Xenons on

BMW 3 series £965
BMW 5 series £650

BMW Z4 £575, doesn't say if they're "Bi" or not

a a MINI Xenons cost £350!

That is new, we've shown it (like a lot of this stuff) on MINI2 before, Convertibles need a lock on the glovebox really.
