Offline | De-badge Then Re-badge I read a thread not so long ago about de-badging MINI's, and i admit i thought this was not such a bad idea. However after more thought i realized at the end of the day, people would still know that it was a 'ONE' However yes i did de-badge my MINI, however within 5 minutes it was RE-BADGED. I love the 'ONE' where it is now, its make it unique to me and my MINI. What do you all think? |

Offline | sweet norfi1983, i love the look of your 'ONE' badge. As a matter of interest where did you get the 'ONE' badge from? I'm considering rebadging my One but i was wondering where the best place for badges was...dealer? 2004 IB/IB MINI |

Offline | Coooooool, I have a MINI book i got for Xmas that has a concept drawing of an S (VERY SWEET) and that has Cooper S etched into the rear bumper, looked awesome. Love the idea, Peaugeot do it on the 406, and a guy near me has done it on his Pug 106 GTi. Nice. ![]() |

Offline | Incidently, exterior wise yours from the rear would look identical to a Cooper (as it has the Chrome boot handle) only thing you need to change is the exhaust pipe (£20.00 for Accessory one (like on my Cooper see pics)). For the front all you need is the Chrome grills, which you may already have. For the interior, if you went for cloth interior then you'd have the "Wave" seats, but if you went for anything else, then you wouldn't be able to tell its a ONE. DId I miss anything? But Soggy IS right. Its still a MINI!!! ![]() |

Offline | Few answers Firsty mgemie, i never got a new badge. I took the badge off with fishing wire. As it is all seperate. It is stuck on with glue or sticky pads, just need to clean it and you would never know that you took it off. And yes i have a chrome exhaust tip, chrome front grille and i have red cloth and leather keido interior, and i also have the sports suspension. So in theory my car looks like a cooper, however i love the fact that it is a 'ONE' I'M SO DAMN PROUND OF MY ONE, I LOVE IT. Check my gallery clips. |
