How would installing the aero side skirts only onto a MINI look, I cant afford the full body kit at once so I was thinking get the skirts and install them first and then get the rest of the kit later in the year, whats your opinions

Would this looks odd or

im not sure they wud stand out on a black car...i thought about them when i had the black one...anyway the car wudnt look odd with just the skirts...i wudnt pay the money for the aero front...doesnt make that much diff in my opinion!!

go for it..but they cost a fortune..im going to get the black trim sprayed when i get some cash...good luck..

This has been debated a while for Coopers. I also thought it would look odd, what with the body colour being much lower in the middle, but in the interest of everyone on MINI2, I got pictures of my car with just the side skirts fitted.

I was wrong, still looks ace. (as does the full Aero kit )

thanks for the replys, I am going to give it some consideration, my dealer is quoting
£119 + VAT for each side so I am going to get saving, I want to get the play Mini Exhaust and "One Click" first

I Hav Had 5 Minis Now And On My Last One I Got The Aero Skirts Then Colour Coded My Wheelarches And Bumpers, It Looked Good In British Racing Green, Black Would Probs Look Good....

I got the skirts on my mcs i think they make the car look lower to the ground, also they finish the car off aswell!

Side skirts only look great, and easier to keep clean than the standard skirts, cos of the smoother finish...........
