I am intersted in knowing if you ran into any sort of problem installing the bottom half of the top grill from the aero kit into the S bumper cover. I am talking about the piece in the top of the bumper under the bonnet. It appears as though it could be a clearance problem with part of the molded section of the bumper cover.

Well.... the small grill on top of the bumper was a huge pain in the bum to put on! You have to cut about a quarter of an inch off the back of most of the grill, cut the tabs down and cut more slots in the bumper for the extra tabs to go into. If you are good with your hands (I'm not) and have a Dremal type thing (I don't) it will probably not be to bad

I did not do a great job but as long as you don't get to close it's OK
