Anyone been able to source cage stoneguards for the auxiliary driving lamps?

Off-hand do you know the size of the OEM Auxiliary Driving Lights. I just found a stoneguard manufacturer that has 5" guards. http://www.completeautomobilist.co.u...e/itm00784.htm but don't know whether they are the correct size.

you might just have cracked it there, the lights are 5". Top find, i've been after some of these for ages & at £6.80 each they're a steal

Thanks. I don't know the provider's reputation, but, I'm definitely going to get a pair of these, The source, however, is in the UK and their website checkout doesn't seem to work. Guess I'll have to determine time difference and give them a call. I also have to find out cost to ship . Hopefully they will ship to the colonies at a reasonable price. Anyone ever buy anything from them?

Apparently the guy has had 5 orders today - I've told him to order some more as he may be getting an influx of MINI 2 orders!

poor bloke doesn't know what he's in for now

i can't believe how hard its been to find 5" dia stone guards & that none of the mini accesories shops do them

Received my guards this am.
Nicely made. May need some slight adapting to make the 'hinged mounting bracket' fit though.

I paid for next day delivery because I'm a bit impatient!
As for adapting, hmmm; there's a fixed mounting bracket at the bottom of the guard which is obviosly meant to screw onto a mounting bracket.
Hopefully, if this is bent inwards you should be able to mount them via the existing mounting bolts on the lamps - fingers crossed!

Ok mine arrived yesterday & here they are:

They look pretty well made & feel very sturdy. The problem is the bracket - no way is it going to fit to the current light mounting bracket without some modification. Until i get chance at the weekend to have a good look at the light mounting i'm not sure how these are going to fit
