Offline | £572 for aerokit skirts, too much? Quoted by local dealer for supply and fit incl VAT. Sounds expensive to me... Is this about the right price? Pepper White/Black Cooper S GTT210 Milltek Exhaust, Cooper Motorsport Strut Brace, Eibach Springs. |

Offline | Hmm. They quoted me 1395 fitted incl vat for the whole kit... Thats quite a lot more considering they're the same group! Anyone know of other places the Aerokit side skirts are available? I have searched on here but not found much about suppliers... Pepper White/Black Cooper S GTT210 Milltek Exhaust, Cooper Motorsport Strut Brace, Eibach Springs. |

Offline | That is expensive....i was quoted £455 just last week by my dealer. The skirts are £190 each and require 5 units of time to fit, ie. 25 mins at £15 per unit. Tell 'em to do better! ![]() |

Offline | How does the aerokit spoiler differ from the standard Cooper S spoiler? Anyone got any pics? I thought the aerokit spoiler was just an S spoiler for the One or Cooper. ![]() |

Offline | Was that painted Dark Silver? Did that include removing the S sill finishers from the existing sills and re-attaching them on the new ones? Which Dealership was this? I was quoted £550 by Paragon MINI in Hull. |

Offline | I'm thinking that was with just the S spoiler, which I will possibly keep anyway, kind of attached to it now ![]() Having said that I'm still going to shop around and see if I can get fitting a bit cheaper than quoted ![]() | MINIaddiction | | For MIDLANDS Folk in their MINI's | |

Offline | Yeah, that was for painted ones. No they don't remove and re-attach the sill finishers, you can do that fairly easily yourself though. That was at Robert Stern Mini in Evesham....they showed me thier accesories price list (with fitting costs) so i'd say haggle with your dealership, they're trying thier luck i reckon! ![]() Last edited by ScottyG : Apr 26th, 2004 at 08:54 PM. | Comes and Goes | well i'm getting my kit fitted tomoz 970 inc fitting inc Vat inc me happy! (was meant to have it 2 weeks ago but had to miss my appointment grrrrrrrrrr) yes cheapest i seen on here. i was planning on just skirts but found out they cant be ordered sepratly factory sprayed. you can order them primed then get them sprayed at a body shop... it would work out expensive and decided the whole kit at 970 seen as its good damn value. 572, 2 expensive. |
