Offline | Times up. I have never tried to remove the MINI wiper arms, so I can't tell you for sure. But on all my previous cars the wiper arm hubs were either taper fit to the shaft or were splined, so they can be a very hard to remove. I have used a small bearing puller to get the worst ones off. Hopefully, someone will come along with a definitive answer, and you can ignore this reply. If not I would just be persistent with it as it may have some corrosion holding it on there. |

Offline | But don't do, what my local dealer did when they were trying to get the wipers level after they replaced the windscreen, which was pull too hard that it flies off, and then drop it on the bonnet....... whilst I was stood there watching. ![]() |

Offline | Hi Gazah, Was talking to miniyup about racing stripes and he said you were also fitting stripes like his. I look forward to seeing pics of the finished result. Is there a chance you could take a close up of how you dealt with the wiper blade? do you have a small cut from the base of the blade to the outside edge of the stripe now, and if so, is it noticable? Finally did you do the job yourself and would you recommend it to a first timer? Cheers Jonathan ![]() |
