| MINI2 Senior | well it shouldnt be too hard to install, just whether or not they would take them time to hide the wires well i guess... however i think MOST place would charge less than what the MINI dealer charge, i've think i asked a member before and he paid around 700 AUD including the lights (not excatly sure but it is around that range).. not excatly cheap in my opinion.. btw do u know how much does the lights cost alone from a dealer?? i am considering getting a set myself as well....... 05 PW/B chilli. finally here. |

Offline | I assume you mean the extra set of driving lights - I was quoted $761 fitted from Klosters MINI. Pretty expensive. I have been considering aftermarket units, Hella make a good set. I could get almost 4 lights for that price too. Dont quote me on it, but Id say you will have warranty issues if you dont get it installed by BMW. - Global Moderator - MY BLOG - Global Procrastinator - ![]() ... | #0024 | Hi all i saw a set of the driving lights today for like 50 bucks but the only problem is that the mounting goes onto the bumper instead of the grill see if it was on the grill i'll have no problems getting them and fitting them does anyone know if bmw sell the mounting seperately? if they do i can get those lights and put a different mounting making it look like the Option ones regards, Eric ![]() |

Offline | Probably wouldnt hurt to inquire Eric. I mean, if one is snapped or something, surely you dont have to replace the whole light for the bracket... Hmm. What am I saying. This is BMW! ![]() - Global Moderator - MY BLOG - Global Procrastinator - ![]() ... Buying the 8C for its dynamic abilities is like buying a porn film for its plot ... |

Offline | Take a look at mine! These are from newminisport.co.uk and are around 200GBP, fitting is easy and comes with a strong lamp bracket. ![]() " New Mini...It's an evolution, not a revolution!!" |

| #0024 | Well i'll enquire about it coz i mean 50 bucks for that set is perfect and i mean the mounting shouldn't cost too much coz if its going to be at the bumper its not worth getting coz theres not much clearance getting the bonnet open. i might see if mini mania have the mount and stuff regards, Eric ![]() ] |
