As yet I have not seen a single EB/EB with some sort of bonnet strips.

I like the look of the GT2 bonnet strips on www.cooperflags.com and like this picture http://www.cooperflags.com/images/Ga..._on_DS_web.jpg

well I guess Im asking if anyone knows of any pics of EB/EB with strips. Im contemplating white strips like in the picture that go over the roof and continue down the back.

Good / Bad idea ?

I have a MC CR/CR and I've been agonising for ages whether "to stripe or not to stripe"! I've finally decided to go for the non-striped look, but have you considered Shelby / Viper stripes which look cool on the single colour cars?

I think I need to get a good photoshop'ed manip first, of course there are many other mods that I have on my list first !

Well I reckon silver looks best on an EB. I will buy bonnet stripes when I can decide
on straight silver or straight carbon fibre with silver pinstripes or GT2 silver stripes
similar to your picture. I was thinking of silver chequerboard for the roof but will probably
go for chequerboard in front of the rear wheels instead for a more subtle look. At least
all can be removed if I don't like it.

My magnetic ones arrive tomorrow, ill let you know how they are!! I am also not entirely sure whether i want them or not so i went for the £10 option (gloss black with white pins! for my ps/b cooper)

I was going to get the exact same ones. I love the front just not 100% on the roof. Waxing would be a real pain.

Personally (does my opinion count??) I like a solid bold color bonnet stripe on a single color car. On an EB/EB I'd go for Metallic Silver in either the Shelby-Style or the XXL Racing Stripe if you have the S.

has anyone attempted to install their own vinyl bonnetts on their hood? how did it come out?
i bought the stripes for my Mini and im trying to find someone who would do it for me at a decent price, so far ive been getting quotes from $80-$200.
or i could attempt it myself, any good tips?

OK, magnetic stripes have arrived and have been fitted. I am really happy with them, they are really thin so you cant tell they are not permanent. I tested them to just below 100mph and they were absolutely fine! Got em off ebay from a woman called miss_chica_bling Check my gallery for pics! I am very happ with them
